Vollrath 90512 Description
The Vollrath 90512 Super Pan 3® half-size steam pan has a 2.5-quart capacity and measures 1 1⁄4 inches deep. Durable for heavy, repeated use, the pan is made of stainless steel. The corners are reinforced for strength and are rounded to enable smooth pouring. Because it has flattened edges, operators can easily grab the wide edges of the pan. It can be stacked with others without getting stuck.
