Vollrath 90363 Description
Perforations measuring 5⁄32 of an inch are built into the Vollrath 90363 Super Pan 3® steam pan to drain excess oil and sauce quickly while retaining foods. This third-size, 6-inch-tall stainless steel pan has reverse-formed, flattened edges and a framing shoulder that secures the unit in place on a buffet or hot bar, preventing shifting when users dish out food items. To streamline pan insertion and removal from a table, it has a jam-resistant design.
