Vollrath 90347 Description
To extend its service life, the Vollrath 90347 Super Pan 3® food pan is made of rigid, 22-gauge stainless steel that has excellent corrosion resistance. Its sleek, black interior is coated with SteelCoat x3™ nonstick material, which streamlines cleaning and reduces product waste. The third-size, 3 15⁄16-inch-high structure holds 3.9 quarts of product, so it's a perfect option for displaying side items on a buffet or steam table. The reverse-form, flattened edge and framing shoulder stabilize it in place, preventing shifting when users dish out foods. For quick insertion and retrieval, it resists jamming to simplify a hot bar setup.
