Vollrath 90327 Description
A great option for displaying side dishes on a hot food bar, this Vollrath 90327 Super Pan 3® third-size steam pan has a 2 9⁄16-inch height and holds 2.5 quarts of product. Because the interior is coated with SteelCoat x3™ nonstick material, foods don't stick on the surface, simplifying cleaning. The interior sports a sleek, black material to improve food presentation, and a flattened edge and framing shoulder secure the pan in place on a buffet table. Top flange corners with concave indentations facilitate smooth pouring, minimizing messes.
