This Vollrath 90227 Super Pan 3® half-size food pan is coated with SteelCoat x3™—a nonstick material that simplifies cleaning. Made of corrosion-resistant, rigid stainless steel, it sports a black, sleek structure that can improve food presentation on buffet tables. Top-flange corners with concave indents reduce the risk of spills when users dish out food, and the flattened edge and framing shoulder stabilize the pan in place. Overall, it's 2 1⁄2 inches tall and holds 4 quarts of product.

Product is performing well at this point - but it is new
Use the product to bake "sides" in a BBQ Restaurant. So far so good - the problem with this product historically is that the non-stick lining peels away from the pan. We'll see. If it lasts, I'm interested in purchasing more.
