The sturdy resin plastic design of the Vollrath 9004420 Super Pan 3® food pan is resistant to temperatures as high as 375 degrees Fahrenheit for safe use in steam tables and microwaves. This construction is durable enough to withstand daily use in hotels and buffet counters. For added durability, it features flanged corners that resist denting.
