Vollrath 89288 Description
Designed to promote food safety, the Vollrath 89288 traditional breath guard's broad design shields food while ensuring convenient access from both sides. Designed for use with Vollrath five-well 4-Series Signature Server® units featuring stainless steel countertops, this breath guard mounts securely to a stainless steel solid surface. Constructed with 1⁄4-inch thick tempered glass, it's securely positioned within a reinforced fitting channel and supported by a 1 1⁄2-inch extruded aluminum frame for stability.
