The Vollrath 8240310 Miramar® series template is built to securely hold two small oval decorative pans for hot and cold foodservice applications. Made of durable, approved thermostat resin in a stylish night sky color, this template is heat resistant up to 300 degrees Fahrenheit and designed for long-lasting use. It accommodates two 8230110 or two 8230210 pans, with an underside integral rib design that adds strength and ensures a snug fit in well openings.
