Designed for use in standard hot or cold wells, the Vollrath 8230310 Miramar™ decorative pan features a refined embossed “rings” rim and mirror finish that elevate the look of buffet lines and serving stations. Measuring 21 1⁄2 inches wide, 13 5⁄16 inches deep, and 1 1⁄4 inches high, it presents plated items in a low-profile layout. Built for durability in demanding environments, this pan features 18-8 stainless steel construction with a thickness of 1 1⁄2 millimeters to ensure long-lasting performance.
