Because the Vollrath 78610 20-quart stock pot has welded loop handles, it can be lifted and carried even when full of soup, vegetables, or sauce. Product in the pot cooks evenly with the arc-sprayed, aluminum-clad bottom, and the rest of the pot is made of 18/8 stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance. Providing interior visibility for monitoring during cooking, this unit doesn't come with a cover.
