POOR DESIGN
This egg poacher does not work! First, the eggs stick every time, with or without oil in the cups. Second, it's impossible to remove the cups because they are hot and the handles are useless because they are flat and there's no way to hold onto them. I want to return it, but there's an outrageous 25% restocking fee, for a product that doesn't work as it is advertised to work.
