The Vollrath Cayenne® 7286600 light strip is designed for commercial food displays, featuring six shatter-resistant 40-watt standard bulbs that deliver steady illumination. A recessed dovetail channel allows for seamless installation, while its durable aluminum housing provides structural integrity without adding unnecessary weight. Standard light reflectors ensure even light distribution across the display area.
For user friendly operation, the Vollrath 7286600 light strip includes an onboard toggle switch positioned on the operator’s left. A 6-inch pigtail lead on the server’s left simplifies electrical connections. This unit also comes with chain mounting tabs and a set of 1-inch top mounting brackets for secure and stable installation.
