Vollrath 7286203 Description
The Vollrath 7286203 Cayenne® light strip is designed to enhance food presentation by providing bright and focused illumination. Equipped with four shatterproof 60-watt display bulbs, this unit ensures clear visibility over serving and display areas. The standard light reflectors maximize light direction, making it an ideal choice for buffets, catering stations, and foodservice counters.
The Vollrath 7286203 light strip features a structurally engineered aluminum housing that provides maximum strength while maintaining a lightweight design. A toggle switch, conveniently located on the operator’s left, allows for easy control. This unit includes chain mounting tabs and a set of 1-inch top mounting brackets for flexible installation. Operating at 2 amps on a 120-volt, single-phase electrical system, it also includes a 6-inch pigtail lead on the server’s left for convenient connectivity.
