Vollrath 72500 Description
The Vollrath 72500 Cayenne® heat lamp is equipped with red bulbs that warm a full-sized food pan full of french fries, chicken tenders, or roasted vegetables. Because the height of the bulbs is adjustable, heat can be applied directly to food or kept further away for less intense heat. To direct heat evenly over the span of the food pan, the unit has a hood.
The Vollrath 72500 heat lamp's hood is made of a single piece of stainless steel. Preventing corrosion, its legs and uprights are plated with chrome, while feet on the bottom of the legs prevent the unit from moving around on the countertop.
