Vollrath 72170 Description
To ensure a long lifespan with intensive use, the legs and body of the Vollrath 72170 Colonial Kettle™ countertop warmer are constructed of epoxy-coated aluminum. This unit has an accessible low profile and a capacity of seven quarts, making it ideal for use in hotel lobbies or buffet lines. To keep it from sliding, it features durable nonskid feet.
The Vollrath 72170 rethermalizer is designed with recessed controls to prevent users from accidentally adjusting the temperature. Its energy-saving capillary tube thermostat controls will not supply power unless it is needed, and its direct-contact heating system quickly and efficiently transfers heat. To further conserve energy, its well is self-insulating.
