Vollrath 72112 Description
The self-insulating resin well of the Vollrath 72112 Cayenne® drop-in warmer ensures efficient heating and prevents the buildup of scale. This unit's controls are remotely mounted, and it has a highly visible on/off switch. To aid in cleanup, the unit is equipped with a dripless lip as well as an integrated drain.
The Vollrath 72112 drop-in hot food well features capillary tube thermostat controls that supply power only when needed to conserve energy. A low-water indicator light alerts employees of the need for refills, and the cast aluminum dome element concentrates energy into the well for consistent and long-lasting heating.
