Vollrath 7203103 Description
The Vollrath 7203103 Cayenne® countertop soup warmer holds two insets that have a capacity of 7 1⁄4 quarts each, enabling operators to display and serve two different types of warm soup. It features a durable, magnetic carbon steel menu board to merchandise product via a graphic protected by a transparent coating.
To prevent inadvertent temperature changes, the Vollrath 7203103 twin well soup warmer is equipped with recessed controls. Each well features separate thermostatic controls to provide ideal temperatures for different menu options. To ensure the insets remain at optimal fill levels, this unit has a low-water indicator light.
