The Vollrath 72023 Cayenne® countertop food warmer holds 40 percent more water than similar products, reducing refill frequency and saving time for the user. It is excellent for rethermalization and can bring cold foods to 165 degrees Fahrenheit in 90 minutes. To ensure efficiency, a capillary tube thermostat control keeps the temperature consistent, and a non-stick aluminum dome heater uses 25 percent less energy than other designs. With recessed controls that reduce accidental changes in temperature and a stainless steel exterior that keeps heat inside, this unit prioritizes user safety.
The wide, dripless lid on the Vollrath 72023 food warmer snugly fits around food pans and insets and drains moisture back into the well, preventing counter messes. A 6-foot power cord exits through the bottom and can adapt to the receptacle location, enabling 360-degree control placement. The interior is made of cast-in, nonstick aluminum to support cleanup and lengthen the unit's lifespan.
