Vollrath 72018 Description
The Vollrath 72018 countertop soup warmer comes with an inset and a hinged cover. In an hour and a half, it can heat up chilled foods from 40 to 165 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit has a stainless steel exterior to keep heat inside and a cast-in, nonstick aluminum dome heating element that uses little energy and reduces scale buildup. This product includes a thermoset, fiber-reinforced, self-insulating resin well for maximum energy efficiency, and for convenience, its adaptable, 6-foot power cord can rotate 360 degrees.
To maintain holding temperatures above 150 degrees Fahrenheit, the proper water level must be monitored through the low-water indicator light. Food should also be stirred regularly and used with the included inset and cover. Nonskid feet keep the unit from sliding off the countertop and a wide lid catches moisture and drains it back into the well. To evenly heat product, the Vollrath 72018 soup warmer should be used with water.
