Vollrath 70212 Description
This Vollrath 70212 Super Pan V® half-size steam pan is 1 1⁄4 inches deep and holds 2.1 quarts of side dishes, salad toppings, and small entrees. Its interior is made with SteelCoat x3™ nonstick coating to ease cleaning and sports a black appearance for improved presentation on a buffet bar. Able to endure heavy-duty use, such as back-to-back loading, its stainless steel construction tolerates high-volume applications. Its reverse-formed, flattened edges prevent jamming when it's placed in a steam table, and reinforced corners streamline pouring product.
