Vollrath 70042 Description
The Vollrath 70042 Super Pan V® food pan is made of 22-gauge stainless steel to provide long-lasting resistance to rust and corrosion. For additional durability, it features reinforced pour corners and withstands temperatures between -20 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Its black interior enhances the appearance of various menu items. To reduce food waste and ease cleaning, it's protected by SteelCoat x3™ nonstick coating. This full-size container's capacity is 14 quarts and its depth is 4 inches.
