Vollrath 6950020 Description
The Vollrath 6950020 countertop induction cooktop’s nine levels of power provide the user with a variety of cooking options backed by a ninety percent efficiency rating. An LED bar clearly displays the cooktop’s power level. Because this is an induction range, it automatically senses when an induction-ready pan is placed on top of it and only heats the pans bottom. After cooking food, employees can use the warming function to keep product ready to serve. The unit's front is sloped, with push buttons that can be quickly cleaned after a spill. For safety, the cooktop features overheat protection and small-article detection, pan auto-detection, an empty-pan shut-off, and a safety auto shut-off.
