The Vollrath 69414 saucepan cover is strengthened by stainless steel and has a handle in its center. This handle is coated in insulation to prevent burns, and antimicrobial protection is built in to slow bacteria growth. It can withstand temperatures as high as 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
