Vollrath 69310 Description
The Vollrath 69310 Wear-Ever® tapered sauce pan’s 11-gauge aluminum alloy construction withstands denting and warping, and its 6 1⁄4-inch depth holds 10 quarts of product for high-volume applications. To facilitate cleanup, integrated SteelCoat x3™ coating prevents foods from sticking. Because it is locked in place with the Ever-Tite™ riveting system, its silicone handle includes evenly spaced openings that encourage airflow to minimize heat conduction. This handle is safe for continuous use at 450 degrees Fahrenheit and works well for intermittent use at 600 degrees Fahrenheit.
