Vollrath 69214 Description
The Vollrath 69214 Tribute® frying pan’s rivets permanently attach the pan to a plated handle that releases heat through three holes to reduce the risk of burns. Heat is evenly distributed by an aluminum core between two layers of stainless steel. The bottom of the pan is magnetic for induction cooking.

Love it
Well made and heavy! Use this pan all the time.
Will not find a better pan!
I this pan for everything. It's a great pan for high heat with no fears of toxic chemical release. Great for stir fry because of the high sides. Pan frying large filets of fish. The size is good when making Chicken Francese where as you can get three or four pieces in at a time. And it is made in the USA!
