Vollrath 68737 Description
The Vollrath 68737 sauté pan's handle can be safely used in temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit when heated continuously; however, it can endure temperatures of 600 degrees Fahrenheit when used in intervals. The TriVent® insulated handle is made of silicone, and it's triple riveted to the pan for permanent attachment. Durable and heat conductive, it's made of 2-gauge 3004 aluminum with a natural finish. Great for browning and stir frying, it features a 7 1⁄2-quart capacity.
