Vollrath 68408 Description
Designed to simmer liquids and sauces, the Vollrath 68408 Classic Select™ sauce pot has a 10-inch inside diameter and a 6 1⁄2-inch inside depth, protecting users and nearby surfaces from splattering product. Constructed of heavy-duty 3004 aluminum, this unit cooks products evenly due to its composition's high conductivity. To withstand long-term exposure to high heat, the top and bottom have double-thick structures. Users can securely grip the welded aluminum handles, reducing burning risk and providing an even lift when removing or placing the pot on a range. Overall, it has an 8 1⁄2-quart capacity.
