The Vollrath 68270 Wear-Ever® steamer/boiler's bail handle ensures a firm grip when transporting or lifting during prep. Measuring 12 1⁄2 inches in diameter by 11 3⁄4 inches high, this 40-quart vessel supports steaming or boiling with minimal bulk. With 8-gauge aluminum construction, it includes a cover to retain moisture and temperature throughout cooking. The perforated basket rounds out the setup with 3⁄8-inch embossed feet.
