The Vollrath 67308 Wear-Ever® saucepan has a wide top that tapers to a smaller bottom diameter, minimizing exposure to heat for long, slow cooking at low temperatures. With these flared sides, cooks can smoothly stir product. Made of an aluminum alloy, the pot resists warping and ensures uniform heating. Its natural finish is great for browning meats in oil or grease. The handle has vents to prevent heat transfer and burns, and a helper handle is built into the opposite side for lifting.
