Temperatures as high as 212 degrees Fahrenheit will not damage this thermoplastic blade, ensuring that it maintains its shape for lasting durability. Its handle is made of polypropylene to resist bending and breaking. The handle and blade are molded together, removing crevices that can catch food particles or other contaminants. Vollrath 52109 Rubber Spatula
I bought 3 spatulas, 1 for myself and 1 ea. for my daughter and granddaughter. I am replacing the old one that I have because it is getting chewed up some. I like it because it is stiff and not flimsey like most spatulas.
Okay
Would've given a higher rating, however once you wash them, the rubber part gets like a marbled pink color that will not come off.
Couldn't be more satisfied!
This is my go-to utensil. My favorite feature is that the head & handle are fused- no risk of icky crud & bacteria build up! My first one lasted for-EVER! Quite happy to find them easily available online. Shipping was high, but still an okay price once averaged out.
