Vollrath 4980822 Description
Fitted with an offset handle, the Vollrath 4980822 ladle is comfortable to use. It dishes out 8-ounce portions to reduce food waste and ensure consistent measuring with every scoop. An integrated handle stopper enables it to be secured to the edge of a pot, which is more sanitary than placing it on the countertop. An all-natural antimicrobial agent is built into the unit to inhibit the growth of bacteria and germs. Its handle is color safe in temperatures of 225 degrees Fahrenheit, but the ladle is fully functional in temperatures as high as 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
