Made of one piece of 18/8 stainless steel for durability, the Vollrath 4980335 ladle has a 3-ounce capacity. Its 18-gauge, 2 7⁄8-inch-diameter bowl has a mirror finish, and the capacity is stamped on the handle’s front in ounces and milliliters. Measuring 12 5⁄8 inches long, the grooved, hooked handle has a Kool-Touch™ coating safe for use in temperatures as high as 225 degrees Fahrenheit. It comes in ivory for sizing identification, and it’s treated with a natural antimicrobial material to slow bacterial growth. Best for soups, this ladle withstands temperatures as high as 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
