Vollrath 49431 Description
The Vollrath 49431 Miramar® French oven holds seven quarts of product and includes a lid to keep heat trapped inside during cooking. For durability and even heat distribution, this piece of cookware has a three-ply design. Its interior is made of 18/8 stainless steel, its exterior is made of 18/0 stainless steel, and an aluminum core is sandwiched between the layers.
