Measuring 12 3⁄4 inches in diameter, the Vollrath 49426 Miramar™ Jacob's Pride® high-dome cover is designed to fit on a 49418 stir-fry pan or a 49425 brazier pan. Polished to a smooth satin finish, it's easy to clean, and its three-ply construction provides long-lasting durability. Because it's made of stainless steel, it provides excellent resistance to rust and corrosion.

Well-made lid
Fits the Vollrath 12 inch pan brazier pan perfectly. It's an awkward shape to store in the cabinet, chews up a lot of space, but the shape should be an asset if I braise a large chunk of something. I've got the room to store it so I'm happy with it.
Absolutely Perfect!
I am so so excited about this lid! It is the perfect size for my new stainless steel wok and it is absolutely beautiful. This is the second doom lid I purchased for this wok, the first one was too small so I spent a lot of time looking for one that is right. It was not easy to find because the size of my new wok is slightly smaller than 12 inches and I want it to sit right on top of the wok. The edge of this lid makes it a perfect fit, which is the only one I found that has this feature. In addition, it is made of high quality heavy stainless steel, it is beautiful, and well made. I couldn't be happier with the purchase! Today, I found out it also fits perfectly on my other frying pans, even better!
