Vollrath 49425 Description
The Vollrath 49425 Miramar® brazier pan holds 6 5⁄16 quarts of product. This durable piece of cookware has a three-ply construction: Its outer layers are made of stainless steel, and its core is made of aluminum. These materials ensure that the pan is compatible with electric, gas, and induction ranges. The interior and exterior of the pan have an attractive satin finish.

Outstanding pan
Well made, good finish, very solid feeling. Heats evenly, sears nicely. Holds a lot of food. Without a handle, it doesn't chew up a lot of space in the cabinet, on the table or on the story. Just need to remember to grab the handles with mitts or potholders.
