Vollrath 49418 Description
Designed with a capacity of 5 3⁄16 quarts, the Vollrath 49418 Miramar™ Jacob's Pride® stir-fry pan measures 11 7⁄8 inches in diameter by 3 11⁄16 inches high. It features a three-ply construction to support heavy use in high-volume settings, and because it's made of stainless steel with an aluminum core bottom, it's resistant to rust and corrosion. The handles are welded for permanent attachment and a secure grip. This pan can be used on electric, gas, and induction cooktops.
