Measuring 10 1⁄4 inches in diameter by 1 7⁄8 inches high, the Vollrath 49413 Miramar™ Jacob's Pride® saute pan has a capacity of 2 1⁄4 quarts. For long-lasting durability and corrosion resistance, it's constructed of stainless steel with an aluminum core bottom and side walls. This also promotes fast, even heat distribution for optimal cooking results. Providing secure, permanent attachment, this pan's handles are welded, and they're polished to a shiny mirror finish.
