Vollrath 48113 Description
For balanced use with salads and appetizers, the Vollrath 48113 salad fork measures 6 5⁄8 inches long and has a heavy feel. Its three-tine design is ideal for picking soft meat from crab. Made of 18/0 stainless steel, this utensil is ideal for budget-conscious restaurants since it's less expensive than 18/10 and 18/8 stainless steel flatware, which contain higher concentrations of nickel. Though it's durable, it's not as strong as other flatware options. Its Queen Anne™ pattern features a colonial look with a satin-finished handle and can be used alongside traditional dinnerware.
