Compatible with a variety of pots and pans in the Intrigue® series, the Vollrath 47771 cookware cover has a diameter of 7 9⁄10 inches. It's made of 18/8 stainless steel—a strong metal that’s resistant to rusting and easy to clean. Comfortable to lift, the cover has an integrated loop handle. Because this component is welded onto the cover, it can support high-volume cooking.

Great lid
I purchased this to go with the Vollrath Intrigue 3.25-QT stainless steel sauce pot - 7.812" X 3.812" This is a nice, solid lid. Handle stays cool. Fits perfectly on the pot without any gaps. Easy to clean.
