Vollrath 47761 Description
The multifunctional Vollrath 47761 Intrigue® braising pot can brown, steam, boil, and simmer in one pot. Its 18-quart capacity can keep up with high-volume demand, and the pot is made of 18/8 stainless steel with a mirrored finish inside and a satin finish outside. Two ergonomic handles are welded on for secure lifting and pouring, and the aluminum and stainless steel bottom heats quickly and evenly for uniform results.
