Lightweight and sturdy, the Vollrath 47756 Intrigue® nonstick frying pan is made of rust- and dent-resistant stainless steel with a hollow, ergonomic handle that's comfortable to grip when lifting and tipping the pan. It's coated with CeramiGuard® II nonstick finish for frying delicate foods such as omelets, crêpes, and flaky fish fillets. The aluminum- and stainless steel-clad pan bottom heats quickly and distributes heat evenly, preventing cold spots and ensuring uniform cooking.
