The Vollrath 4635710 Somerville™ soup urn can be heated by standard canned fuel or the 46060 electric chafer heater, which must be purchased separately. It's constructed of stainless steel—a sturdy, easy-to-clean metal that provides excellent corrosion resistance. For additional durability, it's mounted on strong, solid welded legs. Its cover's hinge design enables it to be fully closed, opened, or at a 90-degree angle depending on need. This unit has a capacity of 7 quarts and measures 13 inches wide by 11 inches deep by 23 1⁄2 inches high.
