Vollrath 46123 Description
The Vollrath 46123 Intrigue® induction chafer gives caterers and buffet operators the ability to make us of induction cooktops, which are safer and more reliable than standard canned fuel. It's made of 18/8 stainless steel, a material that retains its elegant polished finish without showing signs of wear from repeated use. The chafer's lid opens to either 45 or 90 degrees and can be fully removed for cleaning.
