Vollrath 46121 Description
To ensure foods stay warm until serving, this Vollrath 46121 Intrigue® induction chafer holds 6 quarts of food in its stainless steel food pan and is warmed with chafing fuel heat. The cover and pans have a dripless design that deters condensate from leaking onto the serving table, maintaining presentability. Throughout the serving process, the hinged dome cover can be secured in a closed, 45-degree, or 90-degree position, and it's removable for cleaning. Rubber feet stabilize the chafer in place while product is loaded and retrieved. Made of stainless steel with a stylish brass trim, this unit measures 15 1⁄2 inches in diameter by 3 5⁄32 inches high and has a round structure.
