Serve delicious foods buffet style in the beautifully designed New York New York chafer by Vollrath. The highly polished silverplated exterior gives an elegant feel to any buffet style set up. The New York New York chafer is has a 9 quart capacity and features a Super Pan 3 food pan to serve a variety of foods at once. Use the fuel holder underneath to place 2 fuel cans for keeping food warm. Keep food covered to stay fresh and warm without the worries of condensation dripping back in the food. The condensation collects in the roll top dome cover and is directed through a channel back into the water pan. Be sure that food and water will not drop below the chafer onto the table with the extra wide rim of the water pan. The hinge design of the roll top chafer cover is easy to maneuver and has an adjustable tension. The high polished exterior and removable cover provides for easy cleaning of the oblong chafer.
