The Vollrath 46070 New York, New York® chafer is made of stainless steel and brass to provide an attractive appearance in a buffet layout. It holds six quarts of food, and to facilitate use, a water pan and fuel holder are included. To open the chafer, users can lift the vented dome lid to a 90-degree angle.
