Vollrath HDCCB-48 Description
This Vollrath HDCCB-48 heated display case is a countertop unit made for holding and merchandizing warm foods in cafes and delis. The case is equipped with a black metal frame and features a glass front, top, and sides. It utilizes double-paned, argon-filled, and sealed glass to enable the case to retain heat, and users should note that sufficient air circulation is required so the unit operates effectively. It requires zero clearance to simplify installation.
The inside of the Vollrath HDCCB-48 heated case is equipped with three levels, and its two shelves can be adjusted as needed to best hold its contents. The case can be set to hold temperatures between 104 and 165 degrees Fahrenheit and is equipped with interior LED lights. The inside of the unit can be accessed using the two rear sliding glass doors, which can also be lifted out of place for cleaning. The full case measures 47 9⁄10 inches wide by 21 1⁄2 inches deep by 37 inches high.
