Vollrath RDCCV-60 Description
The Vollrath RDCCV-60 countertop display case measures 60 inches wide by 21 1⁄2 inches deep by 32 inches high and can be placed on a countertop for full-service use. The cabinet has two levels and one shelf, enabling employees to display cheese, meat, dips, and other cold food products. The unit's transparent glass panel allows clear visibility for the products inside; this panel is double glazed to enhance its durability and insulation. The two rear-sliding doors allow access inside the cavity, while a glass heater and LED lighting increase visibility for customers.
For cooled storage, this Vollrath RDCCV-60 display case has a self-contained refrigeration system that utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and interior fans. The unit is controlled with thermostatic controls to hold temperatures between 32 and 46 degrees Fahrenheit. Integral components like coils and refrigerator parts are kept free of ice with the automatic and manual defrost systems.
