Vollrath 40839 Description
The Vollrath 40839 Cayenne® gas griddle has a fully welded, stainless steel and aluminized steel body, which protects it from rust and scratches to ensure a longer life. The 3⁄4-inch plate is welded at its seams, cutting down on grease and crumb cleaning. The manual controls can be positioned swiftly and are protected by knob charms. Each control has a 12-inch-wide heating zone that is heated by U-shaped burners.
