Vollrath 40790 Description
The Vollrath 40790 Cayenne® panini press can press paninis and grill chicken and vegetables. Because the plates have built-in elements, they heat up quickly, but they also are not replaceable. Its cast aluminum plates are lightweight to reduce user strain and the handle is adjustable, enabling the unit to accommodate different sandwich sizes.
Grooves on each plate create traditional grill marks that customers associate with paninis, enhancing presentation. For consistency, its thermostatic controls provide accurate temperatures and can be adjusted with a knob on the front. When cleaning, employees can wipe off any grease on the stainless steel housing efficiently. The plates' nonstick coating reduces food buildup for quick clean times.
